Rich in life experience and young at heart: I am the mother of a grown daughter who is herself already the mother of a one-year-old. Friends describe me as curious and interesting, someone they enjoy spending time with. Both Europe and the United States have been home to me. Today I am very proud of the path I have taken, personally and professionally. Now I am looking forward to a new, long-term challenge.

After graduating from the business high school in Biel-Bienne, I naturally discovered the watch industry, which became a passion. Over those years my responsibilities ranged from administration, sales and customer care to HR administration and management, accounting, representation and marketing. Today this broad perspective, together with my experience and insight into people, is a rare and exceptional strength. I immediately see and understand the connections and needs of all parties and negotiate with a focus on solutions.

At Rolex SA in Biel, I then had the opportunity to experience the world of human resources and human capital up close and to help shape it. During those wonderful years I discovered my strength in interpersonal relations and communication, for which I was consistently recognized. To this day, understanding people is one of my core competencies.

I became interested in health and wellness at a young age and turned this passion into my profession: for more than 12 years I was self-employed in aesthetic medicine, always working with the latest technologies and treatments. I founded two institutes for aesthetic dermatology in Biel and Gstaad, which I ran very successfully. In 2019 I regretfully gave up this work to follow my then-husband to California, where he was pursuing his career.

Alongside my work, I completed training in nutritional counseling, and today I live a healthy, active life. I am convinced that nutrition plays a very important role in our health, and I continue to expand my knowledge in this field. I keep fit with workouts as well as amateur tennis and golf, and in winter my favorite place is the ski slope.

In California, during the pandemic and while waiting for my green card, I decided to channel my creativity into projects. We bought a house with the goal of renovating and reselling it. During this time I worked with real estate agents and was able to contribute to other projects as well. This project was also very successful: both the renovation and the timing of the sale were ideal. After two years we sold the house for a net profit of 30% of the purchase price.

At the same time, I organized several events in the small California town of Carmel that brought together artists, local restaurants and music. It was a wonderful experience: without any existing network, I managed to bring together more than 200 guests, sell art and create an evening of music and fine food.

In 2023 I unexpectedly returned to Europe for family reasons.

Since I was still flying back and forth regularly at that time and wanted to get to know the entire infrastructure of an airport, I took a position at Zurich Airport. There I worked for Swissport and Flughafen Zürich AG in premium and VIP services.

After two and a half years in this role, I was ready for a new position that suits me and decided to leave the airport. And that is how I am here today.

Now I bring together everything I have learned on my personal and professional journey: global thinking in my private life and entrepreneurial thinking in my career. In both, I have always stayed true to myself. Today nothing throws me off balance: I can handle any situation, stay objective and professional, and find a solution, true to my motto “Calm on the outside – strong at the core”. Perseverance, motivation, positivity, passion and vision are a natural part of who I am. With this attitude, active, curious and reliable, I now want to commit my full energy to a company and its team.

The exchange between generations is especially close to my heart, because I am convinced that young and experienced people can learn a great deal from each other when both are open to it. I bring the same openness to everything new: I have a strong affinity for modern technologies and digital tools.

Compared to the past, today I can offer complete flexibility, both geographically and in terms of working hours. I am willing to travel, mobile, and have my own home office should remote work be an option. I am happy to focus on one of my areas of expertise or take on a role that combines several of them.
